  1. Wake Up Early: This is the first and important step that can help you to change your mood. Just decide time and set your alarm clock for early morning. Try to wake up at 06:00 AM or 06:30 AM and see the atmosphere at outside of your house. Enjoy the nature & view Sunrise.
  2. Drink 2 Glass Warm Water: After getting up & brushing your teeth, just drink 2 glass warm water.It helps to improve your digesting system. It has been proven scientifically.
  3. Go for a Walk or Jog: In the morning, spare 30-40 minutes for walking or jogging. You can also do light exercises. It burns calories and increase the neurochemical (endorphins) in the brain naturally that helps to reduce your stress level.
  4. Take Heavy Breakfast: Eat healthy & heavy breakfast such as Fruits, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Fruit-juice, Salads, Wheat Roti or Paratha. Heavy breakfast gives you more energy in the morning that stays for whole day.
  5. Work While You Work, Play While You Play: Follow this policy in the life. When you have work, just concentrate on it. When you are free, try to make positive thoughts. They may give you optimistic point of view for your life.
  6. Believe in Yourself & God: Just try to find out the solution for each problem. In the beginning might be you could not get perfect solution but it improves your confidence, which is the most important thing to take your decisions. Human has some limitations. Beyond that God (Nature) is always with you. Believe it, God always helps you in your all situations.
  7. Smile: Every person cannot be happy all the time. But, you can try to find out a smile with your good sense of humor. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline), dopamine and growth hormone so laughing can relieve your stress. It works as antidepressants.
  8. Read Books: If your mind is free, good or bad thoughts come in your mind naturally. Reading habit can change your thoughts. Also, try to solve out puzzles.
  9. Find Out Your Hobby: You must have at least one hobby. Just find out it. Hobby is a very simple word but it has a power to change your thoughts. Hobby creates interest in your mind and changes your mood.
  10. Take A Light Dinner: In the night, human body does not burn more calories, so it’s not required more energy. Avoid heavy dinner that gives you a better sleep.
  11. Go for Sleep On Time: Decide exact time to go for sleep. 7-8 hours sleep is necessary to relax your mind. When you wake up early, you will definitely go for sleep early.

You have heard one common sentence from people "Today, I am not happy". Sometimes people have reason for his/her sadness but many times they are sad without any reason. If you can enjoy every moment, you do not need to go for reading this article. If you want to know how to enjoy the life in all circumstances, read it, follow it, and finally make your life with full of enjoyment.

Steps


  1. Get up with your positive quote: Decide on your own positive quote for life. Example: Today, I am very happy and I will make others happy or Today, I will try to live my life as if it was the last day my life or God has got up me for good intuitions. Let's achieve my happiness.
  2. Smile on face: Always keep a smile on your face. If a smile exists on your face, people think you may be in a good mood. A smiling face attracts people and it also gives positive energy to change your current situation. You cannot change a bad incident quickly that happens with you or your family member but a simple smile gives you or your family member lots of hope, which is necessary to handle critical situation.
  3. Forget the past: Do not try to open your past history. Whatever happened previously, forget it. Just think, today you have been born to enjoy life with full confidence. God has chosen you to make you a human being for obtaining happiness.
  4. Watch comedy movies: It is a very quick solution to change your mood. Get some comedy movie dvd(s), watch it and laugh loudly at each funny dialogue or scene. It gives you positive direction to move from sadness.
  5. Make friends who can make you happy: Some people have a funny nature, they can make a smile on your face very easily. Keep in touch with those kinds of friends and also try to be like them.
  6. Don't make big expectations for your future: Sometimes you are not happy because you have not achieved your goal as per your expectations. It can be a reason for your sadness. So, know your limitations.
  7. Satisfy with your things: My friend has a luxury car and I do not have it. It is not possible that each person has each & every thing. Whatever you have, try to adjust with them. If you have lots of money but you are unable to get smile on your face. This money is worthless for you.
  8. Go slow, life is not a race: Try to enjoy the procedure of work not a goal. Go slowly and try to enjoy every moment. Don't try to compare yourself with others. Wherever you are, it's the right place for you. Try to see that happiness is looking for you only and keep telling yourself "I have never heard of the word Sadness".

  • Do not take life seriously, it should go in a relaxing manner.
